Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

·         The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

·         In its original packaging

·         With proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at connect@sg.derekprince.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Destination:
We currently ship and accept returns within Singapore only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

·         The item is defective

·         The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

·         Sale or discounted items

·         Gift cards

·         Digital products (ebooks – see below)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return your item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order after the return is accepted

Refunds - Physical Items
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Refunds - Digital Products (Ebooks)

Ebooks – No Returns or Refunds

All ebooks are delivered via digital download. Due to the nature of digital products:

·    Ebooks are non-refundable and non-returnable once downloaded

  • No exchanges are possible for ebooks

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your ebook, please contact us at connect@sg.derekprince.com, and we will assist you.
