Thank you for supporting Derek Prince Ministries Singapore. We are committed to providing you with a smooth experience as you access our teaching resources.

1. Order Processing

• Timeline: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Mixed Orders: If your order includes both physical books and digital downloads, your physical items will be dispatched within our standard processing window, while your eBooks will be available immediately.

2. Shipping within Singapore

We currently offer physical delivery exclusively to addresses within Singapore.

• Courier: Tracked package delivery via SingPost.
• Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Shipping Fee: A standard shipping fee applies to all local orders and is calculated at checkout.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We are unable to redirect parcels or offer refunds for items sent to an incorrectly provided address once they have been dispatched.

3. No International Shipping for Physical Items

• Physical Goods: We do not offer overseas shipping for physical books at this time.
• Global Access: For those located outside of Singapore, we encourage the purchase of our eBooks and Digital Downloads, which are available for worldwide access.

4. Digital Product Delivery

• Instant Access: Upon successful payment, your download links will appear immediately on the Order Confirmation Page.
• Email Backup: You will also receive an automated email containing the download links for your records.
• Troubleshooting: If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still require assistance, please contact us at the email below.

5. Order Tracking

• Your SingPost tracking number will be sent to you via a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
• You may monitor your delivery status at singpost.com.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or has not been received within 14 days of the expected delivery date:

• Please contact us at connect@sg.derekprince.com.
• Kindly include your Order Number and photos of any damaged items so we can assist you promptly.
